Smoke Sealant | NAX-FS
NAX-FS is an acrylic, water-based fire-resistant sealant designed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and toxic gases through small to medium-sized gaps and cracks. Once dry, it creates a flexible, fire-resistant layer that prevents flames and smoke from passing through. NAX-FS can be used on gypsum, concrete, brick, floors, and around door and window frames. Due to its water-based composition, it is odorless and safe for enclosed spaces. This sealant is easy to apply, can be painted over, and does not crack after drying.
Applications
This product is designed as a fire-resistant sealant for single cables and wires, sealing gaps, filling voids, and closing irregular openings. It is suitable for Class E fire protection.

Surface Preparation
The surface should be dry and free of dust, oil, grease, syrup, etc. Light sanding with appropriate abrasive material is recommended before use to remove any debris.
