Polymer Modified Gypsum Spray Coating | NAX-GYP
NAX-GYP is a polymer-modified gypsum coating produced by adding specific polymers. It is designed for use with a plaster spraying device. This type of gypsum coating does not contain traditional gypsum waste and is suitable for interior and ceiling applications.

This product creates a seamless, waterproof, and heat-resistant layer on walls and ceilings.

Surface Preparation
The surface should be dry and free of any contamination, dust, oil, grease, syrup, etc. Light sanding with abrasive material is recommended before use to remove any debris.

Usage Guide
It is recommended to use NAX-ACC for waterproofing and/or preventing cracks on top of NAX-GYP. It is also important to note that the NAX-GYP to water ratio is 1:2. Please contact Nano Axon technical experts for more information.
Mix 2 parts NAX-GYP with 1 part water. Add the powder gradually while continuously mixing with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture without air bubbles is obtained. Avoid over-mixing the product. The ready-to-use product has a lifespan of approximately 120 minutes at a temperature of 23 degrees Celsius and relative humidity of 50%.
