Fire-Resistant Mineral-Based Coating | NAX-CB-H
The protection of structures against damage caused by hydrocarbon fires in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries is always a concern. NAX-CB-H mineral-based fire-resistant coating is a mortar for protecting steel and concrete against hydrocarbon and fire damage.
These coatings, due to their very high thermal resistance and very low thermal conductivity, reduce the heat transfer in the structure, causing the structure to take longer to collapse against fire. This makes the mineral-based spray fire-resistant coating very effective in dealing with fires and allows fire-fighting forces sufficient time to extinguish the fire.
Applications of Mineral-Based Fire-Resistant Coating
NAX-CB-H can be used in major industries such as oil and gas refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, industrial warehouses, ammunition storage warehouses, gas stations, tunnels, etc., where fire protection of metal, concrete, wall, and roof structures against hydrocarbon and jet fire is required.
Key Features High adhesion and ease of application Excellent performance against hydrocarbon and jet fire Applicable to all surfaces Resistant to all weather, industrial, high humidity, industrial corrosion, UV Does not produce toxic or harmful fumes Resistant to microorganisms and environmentally friendly Very resistant to high-pressure water spray
