An acrylic-based water-based primer used as a foundation for exterior paint systems on buildings, designed to enhance color adhesion. This primer provides flexibility and fills in fine cracks, creating a suitable surface for the final coat.

Surface Preparation
The surface should be dry and free of any contamination, dust, oil, grease, syrup, etc. Light sanding with abrasive material is recommended before use to remove any debris.
